I. Payment terms for services
A. $450.00 total at day of contract signing or 2 people sign up at $800.00
Thats a savings of 100.00 if you get someone to come with you.
**Discount only when sign up at same time and pay in full.
B. $250.00 at signing and $250.00 due in 30 days for total of $500.00
2 people at one time on payments is $500.00 down and $500 in 30 days.
Please note: if you are making payments and payment not received when due, contract will be on hold until all money received.
II. Detailed description of what we perform
A. We will evaluate customers current credit reports and advise customer as to the steps to be taken on the part of customer to help identify any inaccurate, erroneous, or obsolete information contained in their credit report.
B. We will prepare all documents in which the customer disputes inaccurate, erroneous, or obsolete information in credit report.
C. Customer understands that the services they are paying for include: letters, stamps, envelopes, paper, ink, copies, meetings/questions and secretarial duties we perform monthly, up to 1 year. We do not charge for the credit repair/correction itself.
III. Length of service/Guarantees
A. This agreement starts on ___________________, 20________, and is for a term of 1 year or any time prior to that customer is satisfied with their results.
B. We do not offer a guarantee on this service, as you are paying for secretarial work done on your behalf. If you are not satisfied, talk to us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
C. Customer understands that the results obtained by Williams Credit Resource on behalf of customer are dependent on numerous factors, including, but not limited to Customer's ability to repay debts and loans, co-operation of Customer's Creditors, and Credit Reporting Agencies ability to verify information provided to them by William's Credit Resource on behalf of the Customer.
D. Customer understands that accurate information may not be removed unless it is listed beyond a lawful period of time.
E. Customer understands that it is their responsibility to return all information to Williams that they receive from creditors, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE: If you do not get this information to us your file will go dorment/after 6 months your file is closed and nothing will happen. We cannot continue working on your credit if we do not receive the updates. It is your responsibility to stay in touch with us, we have too many clients to constantly follow up on those that are not staying in touch.
IV. CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
A. To provide Williams Credit Resource with a copy of ALL Correspondences received from the credit reporting agencies relating to credit report entries which are the subjects challenged by Williams Credit Resource for verification of accuracy.
B. This includes all items such as: No record on file, letters on already verified, creditor lists & etc. You may also receive a letter about Credit Repair Organizations doing for you what you can do for yourself. Credit Repair Organizations are perfectly legal and follow the law for credit repair. We do not make false claims, we can show you results from previous items we were able to help with, we do not ask you to change your identity, and we do not ask you to lie about your credit now or in the future.
C. You agree to notify us within 60 days if you have not received any correspondence from the Credit Reporting Agencies. A dispute generally takes 30 to 45 days, so mark your calendar monthly for reminders, give or take a couple days for dispute to be made and mail service.
D. You should not contact the Credit Bureaus directly. You have asked that we handle this service for you and if you feel you need to talk with them, call us in advance. Customers have been known to reset some of the work we have accomplished.
F. It is best not to apply for credit while this process is going on. If you would like to ask our opinion of when you think it would be best, we will be glad to try to answer this for you. Inquiries will bring down your credit report score. If you have applied for a loan and would like us to be in contact with your lender or realtor, just let us know.
G. Do not call the office and begin talking to the real estate agents in the office on what is happening. The agents have nothing to do with the credit and cannot answer your questions. Please ask for someone associated with the credit company.

Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any "credit repair" company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for I0 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, However, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days.
